Agency Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing Varman Systems website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

Varman Systems provides AI-powered automation services for home services businesses including missed call text-back, lead nurture automation, appointment follow-up, review request automation, and Voice AI callback systems.

3. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from Varman Systems including service notifications, appointment reminders, lead qualification messages, and review requests. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of Varman Systems services complies with all applicable laws including obtaining proper consent from their own customers before sending automated communications.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Service fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Varman Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems and materials created by Varman Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Varman Systems may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
